We built the tool we needed and couldn't find.
Timezylla exists because project planning tools are either too complex, too expensive, or missing the AI features that modern teams need. We set out to build something better.
Why we built Timezylla
Every founder and team lead we've talked to hits the same wall.
They have a new project, a rough idea, and a deadline. So they open a blank spreadsheet. Or a Gantt chart tool from 2008. Or a bloated PM suite that costs more than the project itself. They spend a day — or a whole week — dragging bars around, guessing at dependencies, fiddling with colour swatches, and trying to make a plan that actually fits on a screen.
By the time it's done, the plan is already out of date. Nobody on the team looks at it. The tool becomes a graveyard.
We built Timezylla so you describe your project in plain English and get a full timeline in minutes — tasks, milestones, dependencies, a critical path. You tweak what matters. You share a link. The team sees the plan and actually uses it.
That's it. That's the whole idea.
Our mission
Planning a project should take minutes, not days. Timezylla exists to give you a plan your team will actually use — before Monday morning.
