1. Who May Use Timezylla

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are using Timezylla on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@timezylla.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

3. Free Closed Beta

Timezylla is 100% free during the closed beta. No credit card required to sign up, no hidden charges, no trial countdown, and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. During this period:

  • All features are provided at no charge, with no usage caps tied to billing
  • We do not ask for payment information at any point during the beta
  • Feature availability may change as the product evolves
  • We may introduce paid plans in the future — you will be notified in advance and given the choice whether to upgrade
  • We do not provide a financially-backed SLA during beta
  • You can delete your account and data at any time at no cost

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Timezylla to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Process data in ways not permitted by applicable data protection laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond the provided API
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's integrity or availability
  • Resell or sublicense access without our prior written consent
  • Use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

5. Your Content

You own your data. All timelines, tasks, milestones, dependencies, swimlanes, and any other content you create in Timezylla remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Timezylla service. This licence ends when you delete your content or account.

For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

6. AI Features

Timezylla includes AI-powered features (timeline generation, critique, dependency suggestions, and more). When you use these features, your project data may be processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google, via OpenRouter). These providers do not use your data to train their models.

AI-generated output is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any AI-generated content before using it in your projects.

7. Diagnostics, Error Reporting & Session Replay

To keep Timezylla reliable, we use Sentry (operated by Functional Software, Inc.) for error monitoring and diagnostic session replay. This means when an error occurs in your browser while using Timezylla, we may capture:

  • The technical stack trace, browser, and runtime environment
  • The route, action, and user interface state at the moment of the error
  • A short (roughly 30 seconds) recording of the UI leading up to the error, called a “session replay”, showing mouse movements, clicks, navigation, and visible content
  • Your user id, email, and workspace id (for multi-tenant filtering)

What we do NOT capture:

  • Form input valuesare masked by default — passwords, authentication tokens, billing details, and anything you type into an input field is replaced with asterisks before leaving your browser
  • Sensitive fields (API keys, credentials, third-party integration tokens) are additionally scrubbed by keyword and pattern before transmission
  • We do not capture session replays of pages outside of the authenticated dashboard

Diagnostic data is stored by Sentry in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an approved legal basis for transferring EU personal data to Sentry's US infrastructure. We retain diagnostic data for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

If you would prefer to opt out of session replay specifically while continuing to use Timezylla, email privacy@timezylla.com and we will disable replay capture for your workspace within 1 business day. You cannot opt out of basic error reporting (stack traces without replay) while using the product, because it is essential for keeping the service reliable.

7.5 Beta Program Terms

Timezylla is currently in closed beta. While you're in the beta, the product is free to use — no subscription, no credit card, no hidden charges. In exchange, a few things you should know up front.

Things may break. This is early software. Features may change, disappear, or stop working without warning while we iterate. We aim for stability but can't promise uptime, data durability, or any specific feature will survive into the paid version. Please export anything important — we offer PNG, PDF, CSV and Excel exports from every timeline.

Your work is yours. You own the project data you create in Timezylla. We own the platform itself (code, design, brand). We may look at anonymized usage data — which features people click, where they get stuck — to make the product better. We never read the contents of your timelines for any other purpose.

Keep it between us, mostly. Please don't post screenshots or detailed write-ups of unreleased features publicly without checking with us first. Sharing with a colleague or on a quick call is fine — we just want a heads-up before anything goes on social media or in the press.

Ending beta access. We may revoke access if the account is used for spam, abuse, security probing, or anything illegal. When the closed beta ends, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data before any deletion.

8. Subscription and Billing

Timezylla is free during the closed beta period. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated before any charges apply. All prices will exclude VAT where applicable. Payments will be processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events).

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. All your data will be removed within 30 days.

By us:We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or abuse the service. Where possible, we will give you 7 days' notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Timezylla's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or EUR 100 during the free beta, whichever is greater).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Intellectual Property

Timezylla's software, designs, branding, and AI models are the intellectual property of WorkGaming SRL and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you may delete your account before it takes effect.
