Terms of Service

Timezylla is intended for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation to create an account. Personal use accounts are not supported.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@timezylla.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use Timezylla to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Process data in ways not permitted by applicable data protection laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond the provided API
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's integrity
• Resell or sublicense access without prior written consent

You retain ownership of all data you bring into Timezylla (customer records, ticket data, etc.). We process it only as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details.

Timezylla may offer paid plans in the future. Terms will be communicated before any charges apply. All prices will exclude VAT where applicable.

Timezylla is currently available as an early access product. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment (after 7 days' notice), material breach of these terms, or abuse of the service. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Timezylla does not provide a financially backed SLA in Phase 1.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timezylla's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Timezylla and its software, designs, and AI models are the intellectual property of Timezylla and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
