Shapes, Text & Images on Canvas

Add freeform shapes, text blocks, and images to your spatial canvas.

Adding shapes

Click the shape tool in the toolbar and choose from: rectangle, circle, diamond, triangle, arrow, star, or callout.

Click on the canvas to place the shape. Resize by dragging handles. Style with fill color, border color, border width, and opacity using the properties panel.

Text blocks

Click the text tool and click anywhere on the canvas to place a text block. Type freely — format with bold, italic, and heading sizes.

Text blocks are independent elements that can be moved and resized separately from cards and shapes.

Adding images

Drag and drop images from your computer directly onto the canvas, or click the image tool to browse and upload.

Images can be resized and repositioned like any other element. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, GIF. Maximum file size: 5 MB.

Layering and alignment

Use 'Bring to front' and 'Send to back' (right-click context menu) to control which elements appear on top.

Snap-to-grid alignment is on by default — elements align to a subtle grid as you drag them. Alignment guides appear when dragging near other elements to help you line things up.
