What is Timezylla?
Timezylla is a visual project workspace for schedules, tasks, dependencies, milestones, resources, risk, and stakeholder-ready output.
Use Gantt, Grid, Board, Calendar, Dashboard, Canvas, Resources, and Line views to inspect the same project from different angles without splitting the plan.
Your first timeline
Open Timeline from the sidebar. Click '+ New Timeline' or pick a template from the Template Picker to get started in seconds.
Add swimlanes (categories like Design, Engineering, Marketing), then add tasks within each swimlane — set names, dates, priority, and assignee. Add milestones for key dates. Draw dependencies between tasks. Toggle Critical Path to see which tasks can't slip without delaying the project.
Your first canvas
Open Canvas from the sidebar. Click '+ New Canvas' to start with a blank infinite board.
Add cards and draw connections between them. Insert shapes, text blocks, or images. Use auto-layout to create mind maps, flowcharts, or org charts. Embed an existing timeline for schedule context. Pan and zoom freely — the canvas is infinite.
Make it yours
Timezylla now uses one consistent interface everywhere, with light and dark variants for different working conditions.
Use the theme toggle to switch between Light and Dark. Your choice applies instantly and persists across sessions.
Desktop or web
Use Timezylla in the browser at timezylla.com. Approved testers can request the current Windows desktop build from the download page.
